Pakistan Parkour is a league, Developed by the inspiration of Free running & Parkour in France in England. It is basically the shortest distance that can be taken from one destination to another. 


Which includes, running over obstacles and climbing walls , jumps and many more. And, In a Place like Pakistan where mobile snatching is at its peak, such a method is necessary to escape from such situa
tions. Of course  the method cant grantee your escape, But you must have heard ‘Practice makes perfect’. 


Parkour is derived from ‘parcour’ which is the previous name, changed by David belle & Sebastian Foucan, Sebastian himself, further changed the name to free running, That is, what they call this sports in England. 


George Herbert, A traveler and a physical instructor first saw this method in native Africans, he was impressed by there ways.


“Their bodies were splendid, flexible, nimble, skillful, enduring, resistant and yet they had no other tutor in gymnastics but their lives in nature”

He came back to France and started teaching it in his physical training, by the name of Natural Method. After some success, he was given the chance to teach it to French Marines, who needed this exercise the most.


Raymond Belle, David Belle’s Father, was a Champion rope climber in French military, he was much inspired by the teachings of George Hebert, so he started teaching it to his son and Sebastian Foucan, childhood friend of David belle.

This ‘Parkour’ has now turned in to a renowned sports in Europe, And games like Prince of Persia, Assasin Creed are based on it.

Further more, Films (including David Belle) District b13 and Casino-Royal James bond 007 were also based on Parkour.


Parkour also helps in Stamina building, Weight loosing, Physical Fitness. Parkour with other martial arts form is a bonus.
